Algerian people have many special sauces they use in their dishes for example there is mahjouba sauce, salad sauce, pizza sauce, etc... However, today's sauce is used most in tacos and burgers.
As we mentioned before, Algerian people use various sauces that make the dish stunning. Today's sauce is made for dishes that are made with daugh and it's almost like a dressing. There are some suggestions for this sauce you can use with: Burgers (all its type), tacos, bread, also salad, snacks, sandwiches, fries, etc...
You can use this sauce also for example with Mahjouba, Mutabbaq, or pizza but not like a topping just to give you extra flavor.
First, we will start preparing the ingredients. Mince half onion, 2 garlic cloves, and 1/8 cup of parsley.
Second, bring a bowl, and add mayonnaise, hot sauce, Minced onion, minced garlic, and minced parsley. Mix well.
