Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the honey sauce over the chicken, making sure to coat both sides.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Once done, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
