Bring a bowl, add minced chicken, garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped onion, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, soya sauce, 1 egg, coriander leaf, breadcrumbs, and salt. Mix them well.
Second, cover the meat and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
In another bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, lemon juice, and sugar.
Mix well the ingredients with a spoon.
First, cut onion, pickled cucumber, and tomato into slices.
Heat a pan at medium, add a little piece of butter or olive oil to prevent onions from sticking to the pan.
Add cut onion and stir it from while to while. After about 10 minutes add salt, and keep stirring for around 20 minutes until dark brown.
Take 50 grams of meat and make it round and thin. Put the rounded meat in a pan on medium heat and cook each side for 5 minutes. When you flip it add cheddar cheese on top.
After that, bring the bun and cut it in half. Toast it a little inside the pan. Now, let’s assemble our cheeseburger with chicken.
Put the bottom pan then lettuce, sauce that we made before, the chicken meat, another layer of sauce, tomato slices, cucumber slices, cooked onion, a layer of sauce, and finally put the top of the bun. With this, our cheeseburger with chicken is ready.
