Biryani with yogurt and chicken is an Indian recipe that made with a lot of strong spices

  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 2 onion
  • 4 cups Chicken broth (has to be hot)
  • 0.25 saffron (a little spoon)
  • 4 cardamom
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 0.5 ginger (a little spoon has to be crushed)
  • 0.5 salt (a little spoon)
  • 0.5 black pepper (a little spoon)
  • 6 chicken breast
  • 3 potato
  • 0.25 cups Vegetable oil
  • 2 Clove garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 yogurt (a big spoon (is a food produced from milk))
  • 1 turmeric (a little spoon)
  • 1 cumin (a little spoon)
  1. First, pour vegetable oil in a pot on a medium heat. Then add the potatoes after to cut it to two pieces or three to the pot. When it is cooked, grab it from the pot and place it on paper towels in a plate and let it dry.

  2. Second, in the same pot put garlic, onion after you cut it to little pieces and ginger. Flip them over well until they wilt. Add the tomato, turmeric, cumin, salt and black pepper and flip over the mix for 5 minutes.

  3. After that, add the yogurt, cardamom and cinnamon. put the cover and increase the heat a little. and move the mix sometimes from while to while until the mix holds together.

  4. Then, add the chicken to the mix and mix them all together well and cover it again and let him cook for 45 minutes.

  5. Next, While the previous mixture get cooked, prepare the rice in another pot and to do that put the oil in the pot on a medium heat. add the cut onion and flip it until get wilt.

  6. And the previous spices, saffron, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, salt and black pepper. Stir the ingredients until the aroma rises.

  7. Add the chicken broth and stir the mixture. Add the potatoes and the chicken mixture, then stir them all slowly until it overlaps.

  8. Next, Put the lid on and leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes on the fire until it is cooked.
