  • 1/2 kilogram Chicken wings
  • 3 Heads Potatoes
  • 2 cups White flour
  • 2 tablespoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

  1. First, in a bowl, add white flour, black pepper, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, and onion powder.

  2. Second, mix all the ingredients in the bowl well. You can also add crushed red pepper if you want to make it a little spicy.

  3. Third, put the chicken wings in the bowl and make sure to dip them well in the flour until their color changes to white.

  4. Now, we’re going to make some fries. Bring 3 heads of potatoes wash them well then peel them. Start cutting potatoes to make fries.

  5. Next, after you finish cutting put the fries in a bowl of ice water for a couple of minutes.

  6. Now, let’s start frying. Bring a pan, add oil to it and let’s begin with chicken wings. Put them slowly and don’t forget to flip them every 2 minutes until they turned a nice golden brown color.

  7. After that, we will turn into fries. And here be careful, if you cut the fries very thin it will cook quickly so, don’t miss it.
