Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare the crust In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Mix until well combined and crumbly.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Make the curd filling In another mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the baked crust and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
Add cranberry sauce Remove the baking dish from the oven and spread the cranberry sauce over the curd filling.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cranberry sauce is set.
Chill and serve Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, chill the Cranberry Curd Bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
When ready to serve, cut the bars into squares and enjoy!
