First, roast your veggies in a 400-degree oven. You can really use any veggies you like, though. Roast the veggies for about 20 minutes, or until they’re tender and lightly browned.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to a large bowl. Add the roasted veggies and a jar of your favorite pasta sauce.

After that, add 1 minced onion, 1 minced tomato, 2 minced garlic cloves, salt, tomato paste, 1 cup of pasta water that is cooked in, cream, some spinach, chili flakes, basil, garlic herb, black pepper, parmesan cheese. Mix all these ingredients on medium heat.
