  • 1 Packet pasta
  • 1 Tomato (minced)
  • 1 Head Onion (minced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Head Broccoli
  • 1 Head Carrot
  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic herb
  • Black pepper
  • 2 cups cream (or you can use milk)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • Spinach
  1. First, roast your veggies in a 400-degree oven. You can really use any veggies you like, though. Roast the veggies for about 20 minutes, or until they’re tender and lightly browned.

  2. Second, While the veggies are roasting, cook your pasta in a large pot of boiling water. I like to use penne or rotini for this dish.

  3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to a large bowl. Add the roasted veggies and a jar of your favorite pasta sauce.

  4. ok, To make our pasta sauce bring a pan and add a piece of butter to it and let it melt. After that, add 1 minced onion, 1 minced tomato, 2 minced garlic cloves, salt, tomato paste, 1 cup of pasta water that is cooked in, cream, some spinach, chili flakes, basil, garlic herb, black pepper, parmesan cheese. Mix all these ingredients on medium heat.

  5. Here, we are already in the final step, mix the pasta with sauce and let it rest for about 10 minutes for the pasta to absorb the sauce well. Cheers!!!
