  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  1. Firstly, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and butter a loaf pan. Better if the pan 4*8 inchs.
