  • 1 Head cucumber
  • 2 Heads red onion
  • 2 florida avocados (if you don't have it you can use the normal one)
  • 100 grams fresh cilantro
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Our recipe today is too easy to make and quick. First, we start out by chopping a pound of fresh tomatoes. Also, bring one cucumber and chop it like you did with tomatoes.

  2. Second, As well as with red onion cut it into thin slices. Next, bring the avocado, peel it and cut it into small pieces.

  3. After that, bring the cilantro and cut it well but not too small. Now, bring a bowl. Put the previous ingredients in it, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, avocado, and cilantro.
