Our recipe today is too easy to make and quick. First, we start out by chopping a pound of fresh tomatoes. Also, bring one cucumber and chop it like you did with tomatoes.
Second, As well as with red onion cut it into thin slices. Next, bring the avocado, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
After that, bring the cilantro and cut it well but not too small. Now, bring a bowl. Put the previous ingredients in it, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, avocado, and cilantro.
Next, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything to combine and that's really all there is to it. Cheers!!!
