  • 750 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 500 milliliters Water
  • 200 grams Sugar
  • 270 grams Semolina
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Rose water
  • 1 tablespoon Blossom water
  • 100 grams Crushed almonds
  • 2 cups Cream
  1. First, in a pan on low heat, add 500 ml water, and 200 grams of sugar. Stir until the sugar melts. It’s better to use a wooden spoon.

  2. Second, After the sugar melted well, add mozzarella cheese. Keep stirring until the mozzarella melts and becomes like a dough.

  3. Third, add gradually soft semolina. Stir permanently until you get a real dough and all the water is gone. Add blossom water, rose water, and sugar syrup. Stir well for about 10 minutes.

  4. Next, take the cheese dough and spread it on a flat surface, and make a rectangular. It’s better to use a rolling pin.

  5. After that, add some cream on the edge of the dough then roll it. Make it like rolls filled with cream. Cut the rolls into small pieces.

  6. Finally, you can add some crushed almonds and honey above the rolls. Cheers!!!
