  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (such as pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers)
    Prepare the Dough
  1. In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.

  2. Add the salt, olive oil, and 2 cups of flour to the bowl. Mix well.

  3. Add the remaining flour, ½ cup at a time, until the dough comes together.

  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

  5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 30-60 minutes.

  6. Add Toppings
  7. Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edge. Add the cheese and any other toppings you like.

  8. Cook in the Air Fryer
  9. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F

  10. Place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  11. Serve it hot. Cheers!!!

  • Preheat the air fryer: This will help ensure that the pizza cooks evenly and the crust gets crispy.
  • Use parchment paper: Placing the pizza on parchment paper will help prevent it from sticking to the air fryer basket.
  • Experiment with toppings: Don’t be afraid to get creative with your toppings – try new flavors and combinations to find your perfect pizza.
  • Check on the pizza frequently: Keep an eye on the pizza while it’s cooking to make sure it doesn’t burn. You can also rotate the pizza halfway through the cooking process to ensure it cooks evenly.
