Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.)
Instructions
    Homemade Pizza Dough
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the yeast with warm water until dissolved.

  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.

  4. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth.

  5. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.

  6. Homemade Pizza Sauce
  7. In a small saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  8. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  9. Assembling the Pizza
  10. After the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal parts.

  11. On a floured surface, roll out each piece of dough into a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

  12. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  13. Add your desired toppings, such as cheese, pepperoni, vegetables, and herbs.

  14. Carefully transfer the pizza onto a large pan or skillet.

  15. Cooking the Pizza
  16. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

  17. Place the pizza in the skillet and cover it with a lid.

  18. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  19. Remove the pizza from the skillet and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
