Ingredients
  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat (either cooked and chopped or live lobsters to be cooked)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional: chopped celery, chives, or other seasonings for added flavor.
Instructions
  1. If using live lobsters, cook them in boiling water for about 10-12 minutes until they turn bright red. Once done, remove the meat from the shells and chop it into small pieces. If using cooked lobster meat, skip this step and move on to step 2.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Add the chopped lobster meat to the bowl and mix until it is evenly coated with the sauce.

  4. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the hot dog buns to the skillet and toast them until they are golden brown on both sides.

  5. Spoon the lobster mixture into the buns, dividing it evenly among them.

  6. Serve the lobster rolls immediately with your choice of sides and enjoy!

  1. Choose fresh lobster: Select live lobsters or cooked lobster meat that is fresh and high-quality.
  2. Prepare the lobster meat: Remove the meat from the lobster shells and chop it into small pieces.
