Let's start with the instructions now. Firstly, we'll begin with meatballs soup. Bring a saucepan or a pressure cooker. The difference between them is that you can save time if you use the pressure cooker. Put the ghee or the butter and let it melt.
Secondly, Bring the beef and cut it into pieces but not too small. Put it in the saucepan, let it fry, and flip it from while to while.
Thirdly, add onion, half the amount of garlic, cinnamon stick, salt, black pepper, and chickpeas. About Chickpeas, you have to put them in water for one night before you start cooking or if you cooked it before that's ok you can use it. Then, flip all the ingredients together in the saucepan and let them fry.
After that, add the hot water to the saucepan until all the ingredients get covered. Put the oven on medium heat. Let it cook well.
While the soup is cooking you can go and prepare the meatballs. For preparing meatballs, bring a bowl and add these ingredients: minced meat, the rest of garlic, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt, black pepper, and egg.
Mix all the ingredients well and it's better if you use your hand because it will help you to feel the mixture bind well or not.
Next, we will make balls with the mixture that we made before. It is better if you use your hands to make the meat balls all the same. With these ingredients, it will make approximately 25 balls. Actually, it depends on the size of the balls that you make.
In another bowl, put the white flour. Then, put the meatballs inside the flour until they are completely covered.
Open the cover from the saucepan. Check the meat if you cooked well or not. To check the meat you can bring a knife and stick it into the meat. If the knife stick easily the meat is cooked. Another tip here, it is better if you take out the meat to not affect the meatballs.
Add the meatballs to the saucepan, let them fry, and flip them from while to while until their color change. it will take approximately 10 minutes.
Finally, return the meat to the saucepan, and with this our recipe meat balls soup is ready. If you want, you can decorate your dish with lemon and parsley. Cheers!!!
