Let's begin here, firstly, we will start with the rice, bring a bowl and add the rice to it. Add 3 cups of water to the bowl and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

After that, in another bowl, add the white flour and put the meatballs inside the flour until they are completely covered.
Next, bring a pan, put a little oil and butter in it, wait until the butter melts, add all the meat balls to the pan and here it is better if you use a large pan to put all the meatballs together.
After that, let the meatballs fry and flip them from while to while until their color changes to brown.
Here, we finished with meatballs, and let's go with rice, bring a frying pan and add oil, cumin, ginger, bay leaves, onion cut into circle slices, and stir well for 2 minutes. Add salt, black pepper, coriander powder, and serrano Chili. Stir all the mixture well for 5 minutes.
After that, add the meat balls and soy sauce to the pan and pour the water above it until gets covered or a little less. Cover the pan and let the water boils.
