First, and after preparing all these ingredients, Add those ingredients: minced meat, sausage, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, 1 egg, and breadcrumbs.
Second, mix all together in a bowl and it's better if you use your hand. Make small balls with your hand and control their size by yourself.
Third, put all those meat balls in the white flour until they are completely covered. Bring another pan, put a little oil in it, and put all the meat balls in the pan.
Start frying them, and flip them from while to while until their color change to brown. It will take approximately 2 minutes for each side.
After that, take out the meat balls from the pan and put them in another dish. With that oil in the pan add above it the minced onion and stir it for 5 minutes.
Next, add the the garlic and stir it for 1 minute. Add 2 - 28-ounce cans of crushed tomatoes (better if you see the notes) and 2 bay leaves. Stir the sauce to combine on light heat.
