First, Bring a tray and put the chicken steak in it and make sure they’re dry.
Second, season them directly rather than just relying on your breading mixture make sure that there’s flavor in every single bite of your chicken steaks.
Third, bring three trays. In the first tray, put white flour with salt and black pepper. In the second one, milk, eggs, and hot sauce. And In the third tray, put white flour with crushed saltines.
Now, what we have to do is add the chicken steaks to the previous trays as we order them before.
Next, bring a frying pan and add oil to it. It’s better to use canola oil because the type of oil matters. When the oil becomes hot put the steaks in it and fry the steaks for about 2 minutes for each side until starting to turn a nice golden brown.
Finally, you can add some sauce above the steaks this will make it unbelievable. Cheers!!!
