  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 1 packet of pasta
  • 1 Head onion (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 kilogram chicken thigh
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 150 milliliters cream
  • Parsley to garnish

  1. So let's start cooking. first, bring a pan with some water and let it boil.
  2. Second, while water get hotter and hotter let's get on with sauce. Put some oil in a pot and into that add garlic to the pot. Stir the garlic from time to time.
  3. Third, when the water boils add salt to it and a whole packet of penne pasta. Be sure to cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  4. After that, when the garlic almost browning, add the chopped onion and let it to soften. Add the dried thyme, mixed Italian herbs, and black pepper. Stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Next, add salt and the chicken. Cook the chicken until it's halfway or three-quarters way cooked. It should take about 8 minutes.
  6. Then, we can return to pasta it will almost take the same time. Dry it from water but not all the water, it is better if you keep some to help you make sauce and prevent it from clogging.
  7. After that, add the cut mushrooms to the pot and be sure to stir well for 5 minutes.
  8. Next, add cream to the pot. It is better if you add it not once but in several times because if you add it all once maybe you will put to much cream.
  9. Finally, add the penne pasta to the pot. Stir well and you can season it with parsley. Cheers!!!
