  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cups olive oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 sugar (a little spoon)
  • 0.33 cups water (a little warm)

  • 4 Clove garlic
  • 3 tomato (Peeled, cubed)
  • 2 tomato paste (a big spoon)
  • 1 paprika (a little spoon)
  • 3 sumac (a little spoon)
  • black pepper
  • 400 Sheep meat (minced)
  • parsley
Instructions
  1. So the first step is preparing. To prepare the dough: Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and leave the mixture aside for about 10 minutes.

  2. Second, beat the egg in a small bowl with the oil.

  3. Third, put in the bowl of the electric mixer the flour, sugar and salt.

  4. Next, make a hole in the middle and pour the egg and yeast mixture into it and this helps you when you knead the dough.

  5. After that, Knead the ingredients on a low speed until you have a soft dough.

  6. Then, divide the dough into 4 equal balls, cover them and leave them at room temperature for about an hour, until their size get doubled.

  7. Here let's switch to the filling. To prepare the filling: Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.

  8. Next, Add the garlic and stir for two minutes, then add the tomatoes and cook the ingredients until the liquids dry out.

  9. After that, add the tomato paste, sumac, paprika, salt and black pepper.

  10. Remove the pan from the heat and set the mixture aside to cool.

  11. then, mix the tomato mixture with the sheep meat.

  12. after that, roll out each ball of dough on a flat surface scattered with a little flour, then place it on a tray greased with a little oil.
