    Dough ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • topping ingredients
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • eggplants sauce (that we made before)
  • some vegetables (green pepper, tomato, onion, olive)
  1. Let's start with our delicious pizza, First, let's start with the kneading dough. Mix all the dough ingredients in a bowl. knead the dough well and cover it. Let it rest for at least 1 hour.

  2. While you are waiting, go and prepare eggplant sauce as we explained before.

  3. Next, after the dough is ready, bring an oven tray. Grease it with a little olive oil. A pinch of flour on the tray then spread the dough all over the oven tray. Make sure that the dough is spread all the same.

  4. After that, spread the eggplant sauce on the dough and make sure the sauce spread all the same over the dough. This thing is very important. 

  5. Add some toppings of your choice ( vegetables, chicken, tuna, fish, etc...). We added some veggies to our pizza.

  6. Add some parmesan cheese above it and season it well. When you do that enter the tray into the oven. White until the pizza is cooked.

  7. Finally, when the pizza is cooked well take it out and cut it into pieces. Cheers!!!
