  • 1 cauliflower (cut into pieces)
  • 0.5 cups mezzarella cheese (grated)
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 0.5 Oregano (powdered & dryer) ((a little spoon))
  • 0.5 salt ((a little spoon))
  • 0.25 garlic powder ((a little spoon))
  • 2 eggs ((slightly scrambled))
  1. First, before you start preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Second, line the oven tray with butter paper.

  3. Next, bring the cauliflower that is cut into pieces. Put it on a solid serface and grind it until crumbs.

  4. After that, put the flower in a colander over a pot of boiling water over the fire until it is cooked on steam, then remove it and leave it to cool.

  5. Next, in a bowl, mix cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, garlic powder and oregano until combined.

  6. Then, put the mixture in the previously prepared tray. Spread it evenly, and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.

  7. In the last step, spread your favorite pizza filling and return the tray to the oven for an additional 10 minutes. Cheers!!!
