    Dough ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • Sauce and filling ingredients
  • 1 Head onion (cut into circles)
  • 1 tomato (cut into circles)
  • black olive
  • 100 grams chicken breast
  • 1 green pepper
  • white sauce (that we made before)
  1. Let's start with our delicious pizza, First, let's start with the kneading dough. Mix all the dough ingredients in a bowl. knead the dough well and cover it. Let it rest for at least 1 hour.

  2. While the dough rest, bring a bowl, and season the cut chicken breast with salt, and black pepper. Stir well and put them fry in a frying pan. Make sure to add butter before starting frying to prevent burning.

  3. Next, once the chicken gets a golden color that means it is cooked. 

  4. After that, when the dough is ready, bring an oven tray. Grease it with a little olive oil. A pinch of flour on the tray then spread the dough all over the oven tray. Make sure that the dough is spread all the same.

  5. After that, spread the white sauce over the dough and make sure the sauce spread all the same over the dough. This thing is very important. 

  6. Next, add tomato, green pepper, black olive, chicken, and onion. Season it well.

  7. Next, enter the tray into the oven. Wait until the dough starts getting red. Take it out and add another layer of mozzarella cheese then put it back in the oven on high heat.

  8. Finally, when the pizza is cooked well take it out and cut it into pieces. Cheers!!!
