There are many differences between pomodorina and bolognese sauce. For one, bolognese sauce is typically made with beef, whereas pomodorina is made with tomatoes. First, dice 1 kilo of tomato and put it in a pot then Add salt. Stir well for 1 minute then let it cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Don’t forget to cover the pot.
Second, After 20 minutes, open the pot and add black pepper, cumin, oregano, and chilli flakes. Stir well until you got a thick and glossy mixture.
Third, mince 6 garlic cloves and 1 small onion then put them saute for a couple of minutes.
Next, take the tomato mixture and put it in the blender. Blend it well until you get a nice thin tomato sauce.
