  • 1 packet of pasta (use the type you want)
  • butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 300 grams chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tomato (cut into slices)
  • 4 cups Spinach
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. First, let's start cooking pasta according to the instructions and as we said before, use the type you want. Bring a pot and add water and salt. Add pasta and let it boil.

  2. Second, after the pasta is cooked drain it out from the water but not all it is better if you keep one cup and put the pasta aside. It will take around 10 minutes.

  3. After that, in a bowl, season the cut chicken breast with salt, and black pepper. Stir well and put them fry in a frying pan. Make sure to add butter before starting frying to prevent burning.

  4. After that, and before the chicken finishes cooking, sprinkle garlic above it with a little stirring.

  5. Next, once the chicken gets a golden color that means it is cooked. Add the heavy cream with a little piece of butter. A little stirring then add the spinach to the pan then continue stirring again for couple of minutes.

  6. After that, when the sauce is ready add tomato to it. Give it a little mix. Bring another bowl to mix the pasta with sauce and when you don't forget to stir well.

  7. We are almost there, pour the mixture into a dish. Add parsley and little parmesan cheese on top and your dish spinach pasta with chicken is ready. Cheers!!!
