  • 1 puff pastry dough (cubed)
  • 300 spinach (minced)
  • 175 cheese
  • 2 yolk
  • 6 pine nuts (a big spoon)
  • 4 currant (a big spoon)
  • 0.25 Garlic (mashed)
  • 3 olive oil (a big spoon)
  • 0.5 salt (a little spoon)
  • 0.25 black pepper (a little spoon)
  1. First, soak the currant in warm water.

  2. Second, put a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic until it wilts, then add the spinach with salt and black pepper and saute them until the spinach wilts. Then remove the mixture and drain it well from the oil.

  3. Next, In the same pan, put two tablespoons of olive oil and pine nuts. Add the drained spinach and currant, and stir the ingredients to combine.

  4. After that, cook for two minutes, then set aside to cool.

  5. Next, you have to preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
