  • 4 lemon juice (a big spoon)
  • 3 olive oil (a big spoon)
  • bread (cut into square pieces)
  • oil (to fry the bread)
  • 0.5 cups white cheese (boiled and cut into small cubes)
  • 2 thyme (a little spoon)
  • 2 sumac (a little spoon)
  • 2 cucumber (cut into circle pieces)
  • 1 tomato (cut into big pieces)
  • 1 onion (cut into light pieces)
  • 3 cups lettuce (minced)
  • 2 mint (fresh and chopped) (a big spoon)
  • 2 pomegrenate (a big spoon)
  1. First, toast the bread in a frying pan.

  2. Second, you have to stir cheese cubes in thyme, then sumac, until completely covered.

  3. Next, add to the salad pot, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, cheese cubes, chopped mint and pomegrenate.

  4. And finally for seasoning mix lemon juice and oil together well. pour them on the salad while stirring and Garnish with bread just before serving. Cheers!!!
