    Dough ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • Sauce and filling ingredients
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 Head onion (cut into little slices)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tomato (cut into little slices)
  • black olive
  • 1 green pepper (cut into circles)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (cut into slices)
  • 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
  1. Let's start with our delicious pizza, First, let's start with the kneading dough. Mix all the dough ingredients in a bowl. knead the dough well and cover it. Let it rest for at least 1 hour.

  2. While you are waiting, let's prepare the pizza sauce. In a pan, mix these ingredients: Tomato paste, garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, and white vinegar. Mix well until sauce become ready.

  3. After the dough ready, bring a oven tray. Grease it with a little olive oil. A pinch of flour on the tray then spread the dough all over the oven tray. Make sure that the dough spread all the same.

  4. After that, spread the sauce on the dough and make sure the sauce spread all the same over the dough. This thing is very important. 

  5. When you are done from sauce, in the same way add mozzarella cheese over the sauce. 

  6. After that, add tomato, green pepper, black olive, mushrooms, and onion. Season it well.

  7. Next, enter the tray into the oven. Wait until the dough starts getting red. Take it out and add another layer of mozzarella cheese then put it back in the oven on high heat.

  8. Finally, when the pizza is cooked well take it out and cut it into pieces. Cheers!!!
