First, chop the onion, and cut broccoli and chicken meat into pieces.
Second, bring a pan and fill it up with water. Add a pinch of salt to the pan then put the broccoli pieces for 1 minute then take it out and put it aside to drain.
Third, in another pan, add olive oil and unsalted butter then let it melt. Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper then stir the chicken until it gets brown.
Now, let’s make the dressing. In a plate, add mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice. Mix well with a spoon.
Finally, let’s combine everything together. In a bowl, add broccoli, chopped onion, Chicken pieces, the dressing that we made before, and you can add vinegar if you want. Stir well. Cheers!!!
