Ingredients
    For the cake
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Layer1: the dark chocolate mousse
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 80 grams dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Layer2: the milk chocolate mousse
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 80 grams milk chocolate
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Layer3: the white chocolate mousse
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 80 grams white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • The top chocolate layer
  • 80 grams dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
  1. Firstly, bring a bowl, Add these ingredients: egg, sugar, 1 vanilla extract, cooking oil, and milk. Mix them well then add again flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix well again.

  2. Secondly, place the parchment paper inside a baking pan (8 inches) then pour the mixture inside the pan. Bake it in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Take the cake from the oven then put it again into a cake ring (8 inches).

  3. Thirdly, after we’re done with the cake let’s start with the first layer. Bring a bowl, add 450ml of whipping cream, and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Mix with a mixture until medium peak. When you’re done divide the amount into 3 parts.

  4. Next, in another bowl, add dark chocolate, and milk. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute. Add 1 part of the whipped cream then mix them well you will get a nice brown color.

  5. After that, pour the cream over the cake inside the cake ring. keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes. While that, let’s turn to the second layer.

  6. Now for the second layer, follow the previous steps just change the dark chocolate with another chocolate less black.

  7. The third one, follow the previous steps just change the dark chocolate with white chocolate.

  8. Finally, when you’re done with the layers, put the whole cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  9. Now, in the final step, we will make the topping for the cake. Actually, you can add whatever you want. However, we will pour a thin layer of black chocolate with milk after we mix them well. Cheers!!!
