  • 2 kilograms Meat (lamb or chicken)
  • 10 cups Rice (good quality)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoons Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Fried onion
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 kilogram Potatoes
  • 4 sticks Cinnamon
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 5 Green chili
  • 2 tablespoons Rose water
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  1. First, bring all the ingredients above. Also, bring 2 kilos of lamb meat or chicken then clean it well and let it dry.

  2. Secondly, In a big pot, let’s prepare the meat sauce. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, masala powder, salt, sugar, fried onion, ketchup, ghee, plain yogurt, 1/2 cooking oil, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Thirdly, add the meat to the pot then mix again. Cover the pot well then put it inside the fridge to marinate for 8 hours.

  4. After that, parboil a kilo of potato for 5 minutes then peel it and cut it in half. Add some cooking oil and a pinch of salt then fry it in a pan until golden brown.

  5. Next, let’s move to rice. In a pot, add water, salt, bay leaves, and cinnamon. Steep for 10 minutes then add 10 cups of rice. Cook for 7 minutes then dry it.

  6. After that, let’s go to the big pot of meat. Add the fried potatoes, green chili, fried onion, and finally the cooked rice.

  7. Next, spread the rice equally then add rose water, ghee, and milk. Cover the pot well then put it inside the oven for 1 hour and a half at 350°F.

  8. Finally, let it cool then flip the pot to make the meat above. Cheers!!!
